Booking Terms & Conditions

Service Description and Pricing:

Serenity Cleaning specializes in interior car detailing only. Our prices are based on vehicle size and are as follows:

Sedans and SUVs (up to 5 seats): $175.00
Pick-up trucks: $195.00
Vehicles with third row seating and less than 200 inches in length: $215.00
XL vehicles that are over 200 inches in length and Mini Vans $265.00
We are required to charge GST and this will be added to our prices at the time of payment.

Mobile Service:

We provide mobile services and come to your home or workplace for your convenience. All we require is access to a power outlet while we're cleaning.

Weather Conditions:

To ensure the quality of our service, we operate under specific weather conditions. The temperature must be at least 5 degrees Celsius, including wind chill, at the time of the appointment.
If you have an enclosed space such as a garage, we can work in it unheated if the outside temperature is -10 degrees Celsius or warmer. If it's colder than -10 degrees Celsius, we require the space to be heated.
A garage must be big enough for your vehicle to have all it's doors open, including the trunk, with the garage door closed. This ensures we an reach all areas and clean effectively.
In the event that no indoor space is available and the weather doesn't meet our requirements, your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available spot on a suitable day.

Extreme Heat Warning:

During summer months, if there's an extreme heat warning, we may need to adjust the timing of your appointment for safety reasons. This may be earlier on the same day, or another day altogether as our schedule allows.

Payment:

Payment is due either at the time of booking, or no later than upon completion of the cleaning.
We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, or credit card payments for your convenience.

Service Limitations:

While we strive to make your vehicle look like new, some stains, wear & tear, or other circumstances may be beyond our control to remedy.
For pet hair removal, we can remove the vast majority, but some material types combined with certain hair types may pose challenges.

Customer Presence:

You do not need to be present during the cleaning if you've made arrangements with us to access your car keys and can pay before hand or through e-transfer upon completion.
If you're home during the cleaning, we do not require access to your car keys.
