How far ahead do you book?
We usually book car detailing's about 1 - 2 weeks in advance, but you can message us at any time! Sometimes we have cancellations or spots available further ahead.
What products do you use?
We primarily use The Chemical Guys' Sprayable Leather Cleaner and Lighting Fast Extractor and have found it to take great care of our vehicles. Otherwise, we only use water.
Does pet hair cost more to remove?
We charge a flat rate for all vehicles in all states of cleanliness (or uncleanliness). Every now and then however, we may not be able to remove all pet hair.
What payment methods do you accept?
When booking online, you can pay through our website, or select "Pay Later." If you select "Pay Later," we accept e-transfers, cheques, or cash.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If you've already booked, we may cancel in unfavorable conditions, such as rain, storm, snow, hail, cold, or wind. If the weather is below 5 degrees Celsius, we require a garage, and below 0 degrees Celsius, we require a heated garage.
How long does it take?
For sedans, hatchbacks, two rows, and most trucks and three rows, we usually take between an hour and a half and two hours. XL SUVs and vans may take 4 hours or more in some cases.
Do you need a hose?
We bring our own water and water pumps! We only need access to a power outlet.
Do you clean the outside?
We detail all surfaces and upholstery inside the vehicle (except the roof lining). We do not clean the exterior.
Do you work year round?
When the temperature dips below 5 degrees Celsius, we need access to a garage, and below 0 degrees Celsius, we need access to a heated garage. Otherwise, if the weather is good, we're outside!
